Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and C-corporations
- Assist with tax planning strategies to support client growth and minimize liabilities
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulatory changes
- Review financial statements and make necessary adjustments for tax compliance
- Respond to IRS and state tax notices and assist with audit support
- Communicate directly with clients regarding tax filings and planning recommendations
- Mentor and support junior team members on tax engagements
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely completion of projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3–6 years of public accounting tax experience
- CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
