We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric occupational therapy services for children from birth through age 21. This role focuses on helping children build functional, sensory, and motor skills while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary therapy environment.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate pediatric clients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy addressing fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and families to support integrated care
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate caregivers on strategies and exercises to support progress at home
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible) in Georgia
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
