Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in both primary care and urgent care settings
- Conduct preventive visits, annual physicals, and wellness screenings
- Provide same-day acute care for illnesses and minor injuries
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Coordinate care with nurses, advanced practice providers, and support staff
- Maintain precise, compliant electronic medical records documentation
- Follow established clinical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support efficient patient throughput while maintaining high-quality care standards
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, primary care, or urgent care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
