Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission BAS hardware, HVAC control panels, sensors, and networked automation systems
- Configure, program, and troubleshoot systems utilizing Niagara N4, Honeywell, or Schneider Electric platforms
- Integrate third-party equipment using communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
- Diagnose performance issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and implement corrective service actions
- Coordinate with engineers and field teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope
- Maintain clear documentation including as-built drawings, commissioning reports, and service records
- Provide client-facing technical support, perform system walkthroughs, and deliver user-level guidance
- Support system upgrades, retrofits, and modernization initiatives throughout commercial sites in Daphne
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in BAS or HVAC controls installation, programming, or field service
- Direct experience with Niagara N4, Honeywell, or Schneider Electric automation platforms
- Strong understanding of HVAC sequences of operation, control logic, and automation strategies
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, risers, and project submittals
- Experience with low-voltage wiring, device terminations, and communication networks
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Daphne and nearby Alabama locations
