As a valued member of the Claims department, the Claims Processor is responsible for various data entry tasks with the claim procedures, including working with a senior adjuster for high dollar or complex repair claims. You will correspond with our parts vendors and repair facilities by phone and email, as necessary during the claim process.
The position requires strong data entry experience, serious attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication skills. Automotive experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate about basic components to understand “shop talk”. Full-time hours are assigned shifts between 7 am to 6 pm M-F.

- Data entry of repair estimates, inspections, purchase orders and videos.
- Prioritize and manage emails from multiple inboxes.
- Correcting and resolving invoices for payment
- Prioritize and manage emails from multiple inboxes.
- Corresponding with repair facilities and claims adjusters via email, messaging or verbally.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be added as the position develops.
What Alpha Warranty will love about you:
- 1 year data entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent typing and 10-key abilities (50 WPM and about 10,000 KPH ) May be tested
- Great computer skills
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office software, such as Word
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great organization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to perform and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish / English skills strongly preferred, but not required
- Automotive background and related experience are a plus, but not required. The most relevant work experience is an automotive warranty clerk, parts counter, lube tech, tire tech, or working on vehicles as a hobby.
