Veterinary Assistant – Full Time
Location: Alpha Veterinary Services, Uniontown, PA

About the Role:
As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our doctors and technicians, assisting with patient care, preparing exam and treatment areas, and ensuring our clients and their pets have a positive experience at every visit.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting veterinarians and technicians with exams, treatments, and procedures
Animal handling and restraint for exams and diagnostics
Preparing and cleaning exam and surgical areas
Monitoring patients and maintaining accurate medical records
Client communication and education
General clinic cleaning and restocking
What We’re Looking For:
Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous veterinary or animal care experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
Schedule:
Full-time position, including some evenings or Saturdays.
