Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate fit and support onboarding processes such as employee orientation.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records..
• Collaborate with leadership on talent management.
• Support HR operations to foster a positive work environment.
• Engage in research on industry best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience:
• 2 years’ recruiting experience 
• Driver Recruiting experience preferred
• Proven experience in human resources roles with a focus on recruiting—preferably within fast-paced corporate environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in DOT recruiting a plus.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all HR functions.
• Experience working with Paylocity is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with candidates and managers.
• Ability to conduct thorough interviewing techniques.
• Previous employer branding, social media, and experience preferred
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational efficiency 
• Ability to work amicably with co-workers and candidates and provide excellent customer service
• Able to work with a sense of urgency 
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Google Suite
• Ability to use different computer systems, including ATS (applicant tracking system) to complete job duties
• Able to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of the commercial driving industry
• Education and/or formal training:
• High school diploma or equivalent
