What You’ll Do:
- Monitor live surveillance feeds across multiple locations
- Use two-way microphones to talk down intruders or stop crimes in progress
- File detailed incident reports using Microsoft Word
- Collaborate with our growing Command Center team to maintain full coverage
- Stay alert, aware, and engaged throughout your entire shift
What You’ll Need:
- Fast and accurate typing (50 WPM preferred)
- Comfortable using PCs and navigating multiple monitors
- Gamer mentality: sharp focus, reaction time, and map awareness
- Intermediate Microsoft Word proficiency
- Clear, professional verbal communication
- Top-tier attention to detail
- Dependability and strong Day Shift work ethic
- Experience in surveillance, dispatch, or law enforcement is a plus, but not required
