Social Media Manager

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media presence. You’ll develop, plan, and execute content across all platforms, working closely with the Director of Promotion and Marketing. This role is perfect for someone who loves telling stories, creating engaging content, and highlighting the impact of our work.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and Imgur (with potential for additional platforms).
• Manage postings, communication, campaigns, and advertisements weekly in coordination with the Director of Promotion and Marketing.
• Capture and create original photos, videos, and drone footage at job sites in the field.
• Coordinate with Salesmen, Job Supervisors, and Division leadership to gather content and stay updated on projects.
• Maintain a well-organized content library and folder system on the company server.
• Compile weekly highlight reels for staff meetings.
• Use analytics to monitor and improve social media performance.

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
• Strong writing, photography, and video skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Willingness to visit job sites throughout Los Angeles County to capture content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and content strategy best practices.
