Senior CAD Drafter / Designer
Must have at least 4 years of experience drafting in AutoCAD 2D
Must have a strong understanding of foundation, framing, reinforced concrete,
and structural steel design for residential and commercial projects
Must be fast, accurate, and efficient with AutoCAD
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with permit expediting is a plus
Must be comfortable attending field visits and verifying site conditions
Must be comfortable with computers and typing
Must be good at communicating and multitasking
You must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Pay range is from $35–$45/hour
