Job Title: Senior Solution Architect Offshore

Location: Offshore (India)

Grade: 7A

Role Overview:

As a Senior Solution Architect supporting the customer account, you will be responsible for leading solution design, proposal development, and RFP responses across multiple workstreams. You will manage the overall technology stack at the account level, ensuring alignment with client expectations, enterprise architecture standards, and delivery excellence. This role demands strong collaboration with onsite teams, client stakeholders, and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across cloud, data, and application layers.
• Define architectural blueprints and technical roadmaps for MedTech and Pharma initiatives.
• Ensure solutions adhere to compliance, security, and performance standards.

Proposal & RFP Management

• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Develop high-level architecture flows, cost structures, and MVP definitions for client presentations.
• Participate in workshops and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.

Technical Leadership

• Own the technology stack across the account, including Azure, AWS, SAP, GenAI, and integration platforms.
• Provide guidance to offshore development teams and ensure alignment with solution designs.
• Review and approve functional and technical specifications.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with onsite SPOCs, business analysts, and program managers to understand evolving needs.
• Participate in steering committee and tactical management meetings to provide architectural insights.

Governance & Delivery Oversight

• Monitor solution health, RAID items, and delivery KPIs.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure conformance to plan and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 12 years in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in offshore delivery for large enterprise accounts.

Domain Expertise: Strong experience in Pharma or Healthcare, including MedTech platforms, compliance, and data privacy.

Technical Skills:

• Cloud: Azure, AWS (account ownership and architecture)
• Applications: SAP S/4 HANA, GenAI, Python, Java, ServiceNow
• Integration: API management, microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Agile frameworks

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working with healthcare clients.
• Exposure to GenAI solutioning, including Langchain, RAG, and Azure AI Search.
• Experience in AI/ML/Data Science, including model deployment, MLOps, and data-driven solutioning.
• Experience in proposal creation, cost estimation, and client presentations.
• Familiarity with account-level governance, including steering committees and tactical reviews.
