Alpha Safety is seeking a Bilingual OFFICE ASSISTANT (English and Spanish) to join our team. This position will be based in person at our location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Dispatch security personnel to various locations
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Generate detailed reports on daily operations and incidents
- Assist on creating schedules on computer system
- Assist with all the office mail services
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous security training and experience
- Knowledge of unarmed and armed security protocols
- Proven experience in dispatching or a related field
- Strong conflict management skills
- Knowledge on computer systems (word, excel, internet, etc.)
- Valid Guard Card
Salary: $18.00 per hour
