- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain organized storage of materials and oversee inventory control processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for timely material delivery and dispatch.
- Monitor material usage, track stock levels, and generate inventory reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures within the material yard.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training preferred.
- Forklift experience and/or certification is required (we will certify as well).
- Experience in warehouse or material coordination roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Proficient in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background and drug screening.
