Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role
- Familiarity with construction job costing is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
