Striping Crew

We are currently taking applications for a full-time Striping Crew to join our striping team. We are searching for candidates that are punctual, dependable, team oriented, safety conscious, and hard working.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Navigate to and from job sites using maps and/or GPS
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and maps in English
• Load and unload up to 100 pounds of equipment or supplies onto trucks/trailers
• Ability to utilize striping equipment and machinery
• Aptitude to accurately utilize basic arithmetic calculations
• Layout and stripe parking lots according to assigned plans
• Prepare and install thermoplastic striping and paint with high quality results
• Prepare and install roadway signage per plan guidelines
• Perform other work or duties as assigned
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

Minimum Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience with striping in asphalt paving or highway construction
• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 100 pounds
• Mobility required to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach and lift
• Ability to work outdoors in variable temperatures and weather conditions
• Available to work days, nights, and weekends
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license a plus
