What you'll do
- Diagnose, service, and repair natural gas, propane, and fuel oil systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain forced-air furnaces, boilers, and mini-split/ductless systems
- Communicate clearly with customers to deliver a positive customer experience every visit
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, install crews, and office staff in a fast-moving daily rhythm
- Document work thoroughly and uphold safety, quality, and performance standards
