Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely support, clear communication, and a positive service experience across multiple channels.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist customers with product, service, account, billing, or order-related questions
• Resolve concerns and escalate issues when needed to ensure a timely resolution
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support customer needs
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership
• Cold call customers whose insurance companies have referred our collision center

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfort using computers, customer service tools, and common business software

• Previous customer service
• Experience working with CCC One
• Familiarity with handling inquiries, complaints, or Accounts Receivable
