Entry-level position – open to new graduates and candidates with no experience◆Air Import/ Export Billing: Rancho Dominguez, CA 90220Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pmWe will train you.Job Description:Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers in a timely mannerReview billing data for accuracy and resolve any discrepanciesWork closely with the sales, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure correct billing informationMaintain and update customer billing records and filesMonitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue paymentsRespond to billing inquiries from customers and internal staffAssist with month-end closing and financial reporting as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsRequirements:Excellent communication skills in English (reading and writing)Authorized to work in the US1 year billing experience preferredProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)AA degree or HireStrong attention to detailStrong math skills
