Position : Salesforce Consultant
Location : Fremont, CA OR Austin TX (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other sessions to gather and document detailed functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
- Design Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and other configurations, to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
- Proficiency in Service Cloud is required.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and other features.
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as ERPs and marketing automation platforms.
