AT&T Promotional Sales Representative

Alpha Millennial Group is actively hiring for our Promotional Sales department local to the Las Vegas area. As part of our team, you can expect:

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Commission-Based Pay: Earnings are based on individual sales performance
• Paid Training: Training is provided and compensated to help you learn our products, services, and sales process
• Estimated Earnings: Many team members earn approximately $1,300.00–$1,700.00 per week, depending on performance

Total earnings will vary based on sales results and individual effort. Full details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.

To be successful in this role, you should be:

• Self-reliant and take initiative when needed while also being willing to ask for help when required.
• A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Engage with customers and create a positive and welcoming sales experience.
• Solution-oriented with the ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations.
• 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation to travel to various locations as required.
• No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive sales training to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel in your role.
