AT&T Activation Specialist

Alpha Millennial Group is a sales and marketing company that partners with consumer electronics brands to provide sales, customer support, and account services. We are seeking an AT&T Activation Specialist to assist customers with product activations, account support, and service solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a full-time, in-person position that involves working directly with customers face to face.

Position Overview

As an AT&T Activation Specialist, you will assist customers with activating products and services, answering questions, explaining available options, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with team members to ensure customers have a positive and efficient experience.

AT&T Activation Specialist Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers by answering questions and providing information about available products and services.
• Guide customers through the activation process, account updates, product setup, and other service-related requests.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their preferences and eligibility.
• Process transactions and complete account documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build positive customer relationships by delivering a welcoming, efficient, and solution-focused experience.
• Stay informed on current product features, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information.
• Partner with team members to support daily business operations and contribute to a productive work environment.
• Assist with maintaining organized workstations, displays, and materials throughout the day.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team member when additional support is needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.

AT&T Activation Specialist Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service, sales, or consumer electronics experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person retail position located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Activation Specialists work directly with customers in a retail environment, assisting with product activations, account support, and customer service.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
