Systems & Work You’ll Handle

• Residential & commercial locksmith services
• Mechanical and basic electrical locking systems
• Cylinders, mortise locks, rim locks, deadbolts
• Panic bars & exit devices
• Door closers, hinges, pivots, thresholds
• Aluminum, hollow metal, and wood doors
• Door repair, adjustment, and replacement
• Master key systems

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, service, and rebuild mechanical and electrical locking devices
• Rekey locks, change combinations, and replace cylinders and cores
• Pick locks when required using proper tools and techniques
• Plan, set up, and maintain master key systems
• Diagnose and repair door issues (alignment, closers, hardware failure)
• Install and service commercial and residential doors and hardware
• Read work orders, site conditions, and basic drawings
• Communicate job status clearly with dispatch and operations managers
• Maintain clean, professional work areas and company vehicle standards
• Follow company safety policies and site-specific rules

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience as a locksmith and/or door technician
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial locks & hardware
• Door repair and replacement experience (highly preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
• Willingness to learn, grow, and follow company procedures
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to commute to Hoboken, NJ and job sites across NJ/NY

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Overtime available
