Lawn Care Lead - Job description
Lawn Care(spring, summer, fall) with potential to work through the winter on our snow teams.
Our lawn care teams typically work 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays. Our crews typically work in groups of 3-4.
Qualifications:
Previous lawn care experience with commercial stand on and sit down mowers.
Pervious experience on stand on snow machines
Previous experience in driving a truck and trailer in the winter.
Previous experience in management or as a lead
Responsibilities:
Lead a crew with respectfully and the ability to provide guidance to new team members.
Use a combination of commercial mowers(stand on, sit down, and push mowers).
Trim grass along all blvds, trees, and hard surfaces.
Blow cut grass off hard surfaces
Help with spring and fall cleanups
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Schedule:
10 hour shift
Day shift
Experience:
Lead/Manager: 1 year (Required)
lawn care: 2 years (Required)
driving a truck and trailer: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
driver's license (Required)
Salary : $38,420 - $49,150
