Experienced Concrete Finishers / Flatwork — St. Louis, MO (Traveling)
Alpha Labor is hiring experienced traveling concrete finishers for commercial concrete work in the St. Louis, MO area. We pride ourselves on hiring competent, respectful employees who will, using their own transportation, work at construction jobsite(s).
This is a traveling position with lots of hours and a great team around you. Paid housing or per diem is provided.
Primary job functions include:
· Read and understand blueprints
· Very experienced in concrete form work
· Very experienced in commercial concrete flat work
· Good with concrete finishing
· Understand CMU install
Applicants must:
· Be willing to travel
· Have prior concrete construction experience
· Be able to work from heights of 30 ft
· Provide previous job references
· Provide proof of identity: photo ID issued by a federal, state, or local government agency, current (not expired)
· Be legally allowed to work in the US
· Be available to work Monday–Saturday, 50–65 hours per week, with shifts up to 12 hours
Physical demands:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
· Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
Wages:
$22/hr – $30/hr, plus paid housing or per diem
