We specialize in patient acquisition and brand positioning for premium aesthetic medicine practices — medspas, cosmetic surgery practices, and concierge medicine. We are a deliberately small and selective operation. We work with a limited number of clients at a high level and we are growing.

The Role
Client Success Manager — Full Time — Remote
You own the day-to-day health of every client relationship at Alpha Key Digital.
The founder handles strategy and business development. You handle everything that keeps clients informed, confident, and producing results between strategy sessions.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who thinks like an owner, communicates like a professional, and genuinely cares about client outcomes.
What You Actually Do
Own day-to-day communication with every active client. You are the first point of contact for questions, updates, and concerns.
Manage project timelines and deliverables across all active engagements.
Build and distribute monthly performance reports using Google Looker Studio that are clear, honest, and actionable.
Coordinate between the founder, paid media specialists, web developers, and content contractors to keep every engagement on track.
Identify early warning signs in client relationships and address them before they become problems.
Maintain client documentation — strategy notes, campaign history, results, next steps — in organized systems so nothing lives only in someone's head.
Own new client onboarding. The first 30 days sets the tone for everything that follows.
What You Are Not Doing
Setting strategy — the founder owns that.
Closing new clients — the founder owns that.
Executing specialist work — you coordinate and quality-check it.
You are the connective tissue that makes everything run without the founder in every conversation.
Who You Are
Three to five years in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Exceptional written communication. Clear, direct, professional.
Naturally organized. You build systems because they make your life easier.
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities.
Familiar enough with digital marketing to have intelligent conversations with clients without being a specialist in execution.
Tools You Will Use
WordPress — website management and content updates across client sites.
Google Suite — Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail as daily operating tools.
Google Looker Studio — building and maintaining client performance dashboards and monthly reports.
GoHighLevel — CRM, automation, and campaign management.
CallRail — call tracking and attribution reporting.
Make and Zapier — workflow automation.
Claude Code and GitHub — familiarity a plus, not required.
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — enough working knowledge to review performance and communicate results clearly.
Bonus Points
Experience in aesthetic medicine, premium healthcare, or luxury service businesses.
Familiarity with AI integration tools or genuine curiosity about where AI is taking marketing.
Experience working directly with a founder in a high-ownership capacity.
The Practical Details
Full-time. Remote. US Eastern time zone.
Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 base, depending on experience, plus performance bonus tied to client retention and satisfaction.
Reports directly to the founder.
Growth path: The right person has a clear path to Director of Client Operations as the practice scales.
