Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, educate patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, prepare patients for procedures, ensure safety and infection control, manage multiple patients, facilitate discharge planning, and adhere to regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Physical, motor, sensory, and mental abilities are essential for safe performance.
