Responsibilities Include

• Assessing and monitoring residents' health conditions
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Documenting patient progress accurately and timely

• Current RN licensure in Hawaii or compact state
