We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU to provide exceptional patient care in the Intensive Care Unit located in Carlsbad, NM.

  • Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support equipment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with healthcare protocols.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare staff.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards.

Skills Needed: Strong critical thinking, excellent communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.
