Seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care night shift position.
Responsibilities include providing specialized care for neonatal patients, supporting high-risk deliveries, neonatal surgeries, and managing advanced equipment such as ventilators, blood products, and cooling devices.
Requirements encompass at least 3 years of NICU experience, active RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and proficiency with neonatal procedures, including ventilator management and line care.
Ideal candidates are comfortable floating between facilities, with skills in emergency medications, feeding management, and neonatal dosage calculations.
Full SSN and DOB are required, and prior references within the last three years are necessary.
Key duties involve delivering high-quality neonatal care, supporting deliveries and surgeries, and utilizing Epic EMR.
