Role: ICU RN responsible for providing critical care in an ICU setting, assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, manage complex medications, operate advanced life support devices, ensure patient safety and comfort, document interventions, perform hemodynamic monitoring, educate patients and families, communicate with interdisciplinary teams, follow infection control protocols, participate in quality initiatives, and perform assigned duties within scope.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year ICU experience, valid RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications, critical thinking, strong communication, physical stamina, technical skills, and ability to work under pressure. Preferred certifications include CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS.
