- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve sales targets.
- Become an expert in product information and effectively communicate clinically relevant messages.
- Engage in clinically meaningful dialogue with healthcare professionals to promote product demand.
- Monitor market competition and share insights with leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and market access for goal attainment.
- Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Manage territory coverage, which may involve occasional overnight travel.
- BA or BS in life sciences or business; 7 years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven success in oncology, urology, or related fields with a strong sales record.
- Deep understanding of medical oncology/urology space, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency with technology platforms, remote customer interactions, and business hardware/software.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret scientific details, and discuss practice drivers like reimbursement and contracts.
- Effective communication skills, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
