Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed and deliver health education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Provide clinical leadership and support ongoing professional development.
- Complete assigned goals efficiently.
- Recent clinical respiratory care experience in hospital, home care, or skilled nursing settings.
- Current state license and successful completion of RRT and CRT exams; BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ABG endorsement if applicable.
- Basic computer skills using Windows and Microsoft Office.
