- Assesses patients accurately based on their condition.
- Administers medications as prescribed.
- Provides age-appropriate care and basic self-care support.
- Develops and evaluates patient and family teaching plans.
- Performs treatments and services using nursing knowledge and skills.
- Collaborates with healthcare team members in delivering care.
- Assists physicians with procedures and technical tasks.
- Addresses psychosocial needs and communicates with social services for discharge planning.
- Practices cost-effective resource utilization.
- Prioritizes patient care efficiently and promotes safety.
- Engages in lifelong professional learning.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Computer literacy.
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications.
