RN Charge Nurse - Full Time

Role: Registered Nurse Charge Dialysis, responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a dialysis setting, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and advocating for patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies, maintaining accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents.
• Serve as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and care team members.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support process enhancements, and contribute to organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support the growth of other nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment based on professionalism and shared governance principles.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support certification (Instructors preferred).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
