- Providing direct respiratory care, including medical gas and breathing therapy modalities.
- Supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
- Building strong relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
- Celebrating patient progress and victories throughout treatment.
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
- CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
- At least two years of hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy is preferred.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to utilize advanced equipment and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
