- Serves as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and maintaining competency standards.
- Participates in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to enhance patient outcomes.
- Adheres to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including accreditation standards.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as required, completed upon hire.
- Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in clinical technology and documentation.
