Role: Emergency Department RN at a Fast-Track Emergency Services Department (FSED), providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Assessing patient pain, performing procedures, monitoring and documenting care, responding promptly to patient requests, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up measures. The RN collaborates with medical providers and the care team to ensure compassionate, individualized care aligned with standards and organizational values, promoting positive clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• ED RN experience preferred
• Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 90 days), Basic Cardiac Life Support (within 30 days), Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (within 1 year), Trauma Nursing Core Course (within 1 year)
• Strong communication skills, ability to teach patients and families, and proactive problem-solving
