Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma or degree (ADN, BSN, MSN), RN license, 3 years of cardiac or critical care experience preferred. BLS/ACLS certification required or obtained within 90 days. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills. Accepts ADN/BSN/MSN candidates with appropriate agreements.
