- Prepare for surgeries by ensuring availability of supplies and equipment.
- Assist with procedures, manage room cleanliness, and set up for upcoming surgeries.
- Teach, supervise, and delegate tasks according to staff competency.
- Provide care tailored to specific age groups, including adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients.
- Rotate between areas as needed, performing only duties within demonstrated competency.
- Current RN licensure in the state or multi-state license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year perioperative (OR) experience.
- CNOR certification preferred.
