- Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients in a collaborative environment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Titrate IV drips and ventilator support, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans
- Accurately document in the EHR and support safety, quality, and infection control standards
- Precept new staff as needed and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Current valid Registered Nurse license
- Experience or knowledge in critical care nursing
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and patient-centered care
