We are seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced, 19-bed Critical Care Unit, including ICU and Transitional Care Unit.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality care, evaluate treatment effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold our mission and standards.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year ICU experience, current RN license (Missouri or Compact State), and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Strong assessment, critical care, and communication skills are essential. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is required.
