Role Overview: This nursing position provides direct patient care in Women and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU, utilizing full scope nursing practices and evidence-based standards.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care through the nursing process, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, and support safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and have at least 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship. Certifications required include BLS and NRP within 6 months of hire, with additional certifications such as RNC-OB, C-EFM, or CCRN preferred.
