Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool to provide exceptional patient care across various intensive care units in Milford, CT.

In this role, you will

• deliver comprehensive critical care to acutely ill patients,
• assess patient conditions,
• develop and implement individualized care plans,
• monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to emergencies,
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes,
• maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures,
• assist in training and mentoring new staff members,
• manage multiple patient assignments across different ICU units,
