PRN LTAC RN

We are seeking a dedicated PRN LTAC RN to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana, serving the New Iberia area. As a PRN RN, you will provide specialized care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, ensuring optimal recovery and comfort.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Assessing patient health status and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring vital signs and clinical conditions closely
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educating patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
