- Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, including those on trach and vent support with high acuity needs.
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and safety.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses accepted with transfer within 90 days).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Empathy, compassion, and excellent clinical skills.
- Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, with days, nights, and weekends available.
