Role: Neuro Rehab Coach, supporting patients with brain or spinal cord injuries to regain independence through assistance with daily activities and therapy support.
Responsibilities: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and household tasks; drive patients to appointments and community activities; support therapy and nursing teams with patient care; help with nurse-delegated tasks such as vital signs and medication administration after training; perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; valid state driver’s license; certified BLS; experience in healthcare, therapy, or rehab preferred; CNA or medication aide certification preferred; passion for helping others required.
