- Provide high-quality care for acutely ill adult patients transitioning from ICU or med-surg units
- Perform complex assessments, titrate medications, and interpret cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient status to ensure safety and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within the unit
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience in acute or critical care settings preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to interpret complex monitoring data
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments
