- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and respond to medical emergencies
- Lead staff education, infection control, quality assurance, and admission screening
- Manage resources efficiently to promote continuous improvement
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Previous nursing experience preferred
