Part Time - Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Port Jefferson, NY. In this role, you will provide vital support to physicians and patients by performing clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with patient intake, including taking vital signs and medical histories
• Preparing examination rooms and sterilizing equipment
• Administering injections, medications, and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
• Collecting and processing lab specimens
• Updating patient records accurately and maintaining confidentiality
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient correspondence
