Role & Responsibilities
- Assess residents, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services in senior living settings
- Monitor, document, and adjust care plans based on resident progress
- Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on mobility, exercise, and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with Florida licensure and documentation standards
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life
- Preferred experience in senior living or similar environments
- CPR certification as required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
